Suits are back!
The 2023 version of the classic men's outfit chooses light fabrics and is worn bare-chested
Blazer, Bermuda shorts, wide trousers, mismatching jacket & trousers, shirtless jacket suit ... Any variation, no matter how extravagant it may seem, is allowed. The news is that the classic men's outfit has regained its key position in men's wardrobe. There are endless options: from Tom Ford's single-breasted blazer featuring a stretch-design and contrasting stitching combined with high-waisted trousers, to Giorgio Armani's blazer with wide collar and low-waisted, straight trousers, designed in blue navy, with jacquard pinstriped motifs, or Dries Van Noten's black pinstripe interwoven cotton blazer. The spectrum of colours is as varied too: Eleventy suggests dirty white for the suit featuring a jacket with a classic lapel combined with trousers with elasticated waistband and a drawstring, whereas Brunello Cucinelli chooses sage green for his interpretation of the classic suit with a double-breasted jacket.
