Mary Katrantzou is a Greek designer, daughter of art: born to an interior designer mother
and a father who trained in textile engineering. Two degrees in the USA and a particular
research work on how lines and shapes can change the female silhouette led Mary to make
her début with her own haute couture collections in 2008. From clothes to accessories, from
jewelry to fabrics, Mary Katrantzou’s creations are nowadays sold in more than two
thousand stores all over the world. Her winning philosophy can be summed up as follows:
«create possibility out of impossibility, surrealism out of realism and both vice versa».
